Kardes Türküler means ‘songs of brotherhood’. This ensemble of twelve musicians presents songs from the melting-pot of the various cultures of Turkey, in the original languages: including Turkish, Kurdish, Georgian, Laz, Greek, Roma and Azerbaijani. Kardes Türküler combines enthousiasm and idealism with catchy songs and socially aware lyrics.
