The Bengi Baglama Trio was established in 1988 by Okan Murat Öztürk with the aim of bringing the musical traditions of Anatolia to an international audience. The baglama, or Turkish long-necked lute, is the most important instrument in this tradition. The baglama is made in different sizes: from the small ‘cura' to the large resonant ‘divan saz'. Okan Murat Öztürk and his Trio play traditional compositions and songs in contemporary arrangements. (€ 31.50 (CJP €21.00))
